I just want to express my sincere thanks. We went to Oregon for a one-week vacation at the end of June this year. While in Bend, we decided to stay in Salem for the night before flying back to New Jersey from Portland. We found your hotel from AAA’s tourbook not knowing what to expect. I called your hotel and the person answering the phone was very helpful and courteous and the price was very reasonable, so I booked the hotel. What a pleasant surprise when we entered our room in your hotel. It is very spacious, clean and well furnished with a king bed, sofa, microwave oven, frig, and high speed internet.

After coming back to New Jersey, I realized that I lost my grey hat somewhere in Oregon. Thinking that there was no way for me to get it back, I did not even try to contact anybody. Four days later, I received a letter from your hotel informing me that a grey hat was found in the room registered to my name. After talking to the front desk in your hotel, Brian told me that he would send it back to me right away. Today, I just received my hat via UPS.

Thanks again for the extraordinary services provided by your hotel. If we ever go to Oregon or Washington, Phoenix Inn Suites will definitely be our first choice to stay.
