Regularly hosting symphonies, theatrical productions, musicals, concerts, art galleries, and operas, the Hult Center for the Performing Arts is a one-of-a-kind arts facility. Constructed by Eugene citizens in 1982, the Hult Center features a huge glass lobby, a 500-foot tall Soreng Theater, Silva Concert Hall (which seats 2,500), and Jacobs Gallery. The center, also known for its unique asymmetrical design and basket weave ceilings, features a wide variety of shows and special events. In the coming months, enjoy productions of Evita, A Christmas Carol, The Nutcracker, and special performances by the Eugene Symphony and the Willamette Repertory Theatre.
