Located about 25 minutes from the front door of the Bend Phoenix Inn, the Mt. Bachelor Ski Area is one of Oregon’s top places to hit the slopes. In fact, this mountain is the official training spot for Olympic and professional winter sport athletes. Mt. Bachelor receives an average of 370 inches of snow a year and features 15 different lifts and a 400 ft. super pipe that hosted the 2006 USSA Olympic Qualifier.
