I would like to take this opportunity to commend your staff, and a couple of individuals in particular, on a job well done.

We hosted our Christmas party at your hotel on December 18, 2004. It was a hit and I owe a lot of that to Jeremy and Renee. I called Jeremy and he went above and beyond to help make this a special occasion for our company. He is a wonderful person to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future.

I also want to extend a special thanks to Renee who was very accommodating in helping with a lot of last minute details. She did a lot of little things to help us out and make sure that we were taken care of for the evening. This was definitely a case where the little things made such a major difference. She has a very pleasant personality and I was ever so thankful that she was there to help us.

I also want to mention that upon check-in (I can’t remember the gentleman’s name (maybe Todd)), I received prompt and courteous service. Upon check-out I received the same excellent service to which I had become accustomed (I’m horrible with names and I can’t remember the lady’s name that checked us out).

You should be very proud of your employees as they are more than deserving of this praise and so much more. Thank you again for everything. Please pass this on to your superiors on my behalf so they will know what an excellent job you all are doing.
